The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will issue a solicitation to acquire research services for the assessment of antiretroviral therapy in adults in a sample of health programs supported by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. This procurement is full and open competition. The CDC intends to award a single contract. This is a new requirement. Therefore, there is not an incumbent contractor. The contract period of performance will be two (2) years from the date of award and will be performed in four (4) separate phases of work.
