The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will issue a solicitation to acquire research services for the assessment of antiretroviral therapy in children and youth in a sample of pediatric health care sites supported by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and to document barriers and challenges children and families face with ART adherence. This procurement is full and open competition. The CDC intends to award a single contract. This is a new requirement. Therefore, there is not an incumbent contractor. The contract period of performance will be two (2) years from the date of award and will be performed in three (3) separate phases of work.
