NA The Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) of the Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) will issue a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the execution of basic and applied research in support of the ERDC-CERL mission. This BAA will focus on a Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell demonstration of domestically produced residential PEM fuel cells in military facilities. This BAA will be available only in electronic format at the following address: http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/con tract/other.asp. Release is estimated by 3 February 2003. Proposals may be submitted upon issuance of the BAA, for a period of up to one year or until superceded, however, for consideration for award under anticipated funding in FY03, proposals must be s ubmitted not later than 1 April 2003 or such other date as specified in the BAA. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration.
