USACECOM is anticipating issuing a Request for Proposal under Solicitation No. W15P7T-06-R-N210 for a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type Contract for 1 Lot Services for the Command Post of the Future (CPoF) System. The Services include ef forts for Software Enhancements, Integration, Fielding, Maintenance, Network, Training, and Field Support. The solicitation will be issued for up to five years, one basic year and four (4) one-year options. Task Orders will be issued as either Cost Plus Award Fee, Time and Material, or Firm Fixed Price delivery orders. This solicitation is being issued as a sole source to General Dynamics C4 Systems, 8201 East McDowell Road, Scottsdale, AZ under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Government does not possess technical data to allow for full and open competition.
