The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to issue a modification to contract N66001-06-C-0036 to the San Diego State University Research Foundation (SDSURF) for a level of effort increase of $4,300,000 and a 15 month extension to the contract's period of performance. The purpose of this increase and extension is to continue efforts in the area of commercialization of advanced technology through the SDSURF Center for the Commercialization of Advanced Technology (CCAT). The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements.
