The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(DARPA), Contracts Management Office (CMO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Williams Gerard Productions using FAR Part 6.302.1, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source. The subject effort is to obtain film interviews of DARPA’s fifteen past Directors. The film interviews will document key issues regarding DARPA’s research projects started or finished during the DARPA Directors’ tenures. The film interviews will be used to augment other activities planned for the August 2007 DARPATech and DARPA’s 50th Anniversary (2008). Under a separate effort Williams Gerard already filmed interviews with five of the fifteen DARPA Directors. This purchase order will be a follow on to that previous effort, reducing the time required to complete the task and resulting in savings to the Government. This makes Williams Gerard uniquely qualified to perform this effort. The estimated value of this effort is $75,000. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE.
