The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to John Hopkins University on other than full and open competitive basis a scientific collaboration with John Hopkins University in which a research physical chemist will help our research effort on developing new multifunctional surface ligands that can be used to promote dispersion of QDs and metallic nanoparticles in buffer solutions.
