DARPA’s Defense Science Office intends to enter into sole source contract with Robert J. Nowak. He is the only known source with the in-depth knowledge and experience in electrochemistry and material science with vast knowledge of battery, fuel cell and other portable power technologies. Robert J. Nowak also has a vast experience and familiarity with DoD power requirements that will allow him to provide a unique consulting resource to DSO programs.
