Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm- fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Empower RF Systems, INC. The requirement is to provide the following three (3) engineering efforts to the Empower 2142 High Power Amplifier on behalf of the ISR Electromagnetic (EM) Systems Technology Branch, Code 52280 at SSC Pacific: 1. Non Recurring Engineering (NRE) to create a testing program for High Power Amplifier (HPA) attenuation table generation. 2. Upgrade existing SSCPAC owned 2142 HPA to 2142-001. 3. Generate attenuation table for upgraded HPA. This notice of intent is not a request for quote.
