The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences solicits proposals on a restricted basis from small businesses for managerial, technical, and clerical support for a study of environmental and genetic risk factors for breast cancer. Target recruitment is 50,000 women throughout the United States. Eligibility criteria - (1) ages 35-74, (2) have a sister who has had breast cancer (3) have never had breast cancer themselves. The expected recruitment period is up to forth-eight (48) months, with followup to continue for ten (10) years. Major activities include the following: recruitment

The estimated release date for the solicitation is mid February. The estimated receipt date for proposals is early April.
