The Naval Air Systems Command Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole-source, cost plus fixed fee contract modification under contract N00019-01-C-0095 with Northrop Grumman Defense Mission (NGMS) System, San Pedro, CA for Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), for follow-on Integration Support for F-15 FQT and GFI Integration Development tasking for JMPS Combat Planning (JCP) Framework Version 1.2. As the JMPS developer, NGMS is the only firm that possesses the requisite knowledge of the JMPS design, operation and maintenance to meet the Navy's requirements. Note 22 applies
