NA This is a Market Survey seeking sources to compete for a Three Year, Time and Material (T&M) Requirements Type Contract for Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM). The current source for the CEESIM is Amherst Systems, Inc., which is the des igner, developer, and supplier of the system. The government does not have access to proprietary CEESIM software applications source code. The CESSIM is a real-time simulator that generates complex dynamic, electromagnetic signal environments at the radi o-frequency (RF) level for simulating the system under test (SUT). There are two different types of CEESIM. A CEESIM-32, a rack mounted system capable of generating 0.5-18.00 GHz RF level signals and the portable millimeter-wave (MMW) CEESIM capable of g enerating 0.5-40.00 MGZ RF level signals. Interested sources must possess and demonstrate the capability to provide technical engineering support services necessary to provide maintenance, repair, overhaul, scenario development, emitter library developmen t, spare parts, system enhancement and other services as described in individual Task Orders. Potential offerors are requested to submit a statement of their interest along with a brief description of their proposed approach and experience in the design and production of Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator.
