The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) anticipates negotiations with the Integrated Laboratory Systems on a non-competitive basis for the titled requirement under the authority of 41 USC 253 (c)1 as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contractor will provide support to continue ongoing animal experiments in support of the NIEHS and National Toxicology Program (NTP) research scientists for a period of 3.5 months. The objective of this procurement is to examine animal model systems and to generate tissue samples as a result of treating animals under defined protocols. Scientist in the Contractor's laboratory shall participate in the design, implementation, interpretation and reporting of study results. See Note 22.
