The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified businesses, organizations, colleges, universities and institutions to award a contract to serve as the NIDDK Biosample Repository. The purpose of this modification is to amend the RFP to provide answers and clarfications to the questions received in response to the RFP. See Amendment No. Three for a full copy of the questions and the answers/clarifications for each. NIDDK provides the following answers/clarifications only to questions that have been determined to be helpful for all offerors in preparing their respective proposal. The deadline for submission of proposals remains November 15, 2007.
