The National Institute of Diabetes, and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, National Institutes of Health, intends to negotiate a revison to Task 1 of the Statement of Work for the NIDDK Central Repository - Biosample contract with McKesson BioServices Corporation. Task 1, which specifies that the Contractor shall develop appropriate aliquoting, packaging and labeling systems, and shall develop biosample packaging, marking and shipping systems, will be revised to have the Contractor design and supply these biosample packaging systems. The revised Task 1 will be negotiated under the authority of FAR 6.302 ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS [41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1)]. Note 22.
