The Government intends to modify Contract N00039-04-C-2140 with Genesys Solutions, LLC to add $87,500 of time/material labor hours to Contract Line Item 0005 for contract support service efforts in assisting with organizational alignments internal to SPAWAR. Non-competitive expansion in the support services with Genesys Solutions, LLC, is based upon the company's unique understanding of similar process improvement initiatives within the Navy's acquisition community and also is due to the requirement for application of Genesys Solutions, LLC's propriety software tool (NAMTS.) The Government is not seeking competitive proposals for this modification to the existing Contract N00039-04-C-2140.
