Potential offerors must demonstrate relevant experience by showing that they have the skills and capability to conduct oral history interviews and ethnographic consultations to develop baseline documentation data with regard to traditional practices, resource use, and folklore as related to Cane River Creole NHP, IAW the attached Scope of Services. The government expects to award a contract in time for performance to begin NLT October 1, 2014. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
