This is maintenance renewal for existing software already in use at our Center. EMA is the manufacturer of the software and owns the source code. No other vendor can perform this service. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth and FAR Part 13.
