This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the requested system is the only unit available that has broad enough bandwidth scanning and other features (detailed in question 3) to allow use by all participants in the research. Although multiple devices combined may meet these requirements, this single system is the only system that meets the ten needs outlined in question 3.
