Thisrequirement is for a Planning Application Extension Upgrade, MaintanancePackage, and Enhancements. This will cover customer support, softwareintegration, and training. The Planning Application Extension (PAE) is asoftware component designed to assist planners in all aspects of militaryplanning, and is used in the next generation command and control system,Joint Tactical COP workstation (JTCW). The PAE captures defined tasks anddisplays the possible effects of those tasks over a period of time. The PAEallows the user to import various databases, and to share plans with otherusers running the planning injector in a military operation, also displaysgraphical control measures from another Application Extension, a graphics file,another mission, or from the base graphics found in the JTCW.
