US Army, Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) is seeking information on organizations that have the capability to develop new modes for third-party ISR systems (i.e., ISR systems that are not built and maintained by the mode-development organization).I2WD is seeking information on mode-development capabilities for new modes for software-defined Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (ISR) Systems. Missions/modes of interest include Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) radar, Dismount Moving Target Indicator (DMTI) radar, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR), Electronic Support Measures (ESM), Electronic Attack (EA) and passive radio-frequency target location techniques. Modes for mononstatic, bistatic and multi-static systems are all of interest.
