In anticipation of the release by NASA HQ of the Discovery and SMEX Announcements of Opportunity (AOs) in early calendar year 2003, the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) will be releasing Partnership Opportunity Documents (PODs) for potential partnerships covering various aspects of the flight and ground systems for GSFC proposed mission concepts. The PODs are planned for release in the September 2002 - January 2003 time period. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
