The purpose of this amendment (0004), is to notify all potential offerors of the planned release of the formal Precision Guidance Kit (PGK), solicitation under W15QKN-06-R-0827, on or about November 22, 2005. All potential offerors are required to provide a copy of their DD Form 2345, in order to receive restricted distribution documents necessary for submitting a proposal. Interested parties may submit a corporate POC (email only) for notification of the formal RFP’s posting.
