The Naval Research Laboratory intends to issue an award to Hunter College Research Administration, New York on other than full and open competitive basis to develop a computer program associated with Quantum Crystallography (QCr). Sole source is based on the unique credentials of Hunter College associates who have acquired specific experience with Quantum Crystallography.
