The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD), the Joint Project Manager for Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Contamination Avoidance (JPM NBCCA) is requesting information from industry on its ability to provide JPM NBCCA with a Screening Obscuration Module (SOM). JPM NBCCA will use the information acquired from this Request for Information (RFI) to optimize the SOM acquisition strategy.

This is a Request for Information (RFI), not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government will not award a contract nor obligate any funds as a result of this announcement. Proposals submitted in response to this announcement will not be considered. Any proprietary information submitted as part of a response to this announcement should be clearly marked.
