The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following service of Spore Testing for 1 to 8 Detonation Tests for a 12 month period of time. This requirement is sole sourced to Sun BioMedical Technologies, Inc., 1539 N China Lake Blvd., Suite A, Ridgecrest, CA, 93555 as the only vendor able to provide this service based on proprietary bioanalytical methodology that is pertinent to the spore testing experimental detonations. Any firms believing that they can provide the service with the knowledge of the required methodology may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
