This is Amendment # 01 to the pre-solicitation synopsis which was published May 16th in Federal Business Opportunities. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Request for Proposal (RFP) number PR-HQ-06-14395 is hereby amended to cancel the Performance Work Statement (PWS) P#3 entitled, "Metabolomic Profiling of Toxicological Samples" from the subject solicitation in accordance with FAR 15.305(b). The requirement described in the aforementioned PWS will not be re-solicited by the EPA.
