The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: A2CU Coat and Trousers OCP, NSN 8405-01-583-9178(s)-Coats, and NSN 8415-01-593-9263(s)-Trousers.  Solicitation number for this procurement is SPM1C1-13-R-0096.  It will consist of a Base Term and three 1-year Options.  Quantities for this procurement are as follows*:

A2CU Coat, OCP:

10,775/Min - 43,000/AEQ - 54,000/Max (Same quantities for Base and 3 Option Terms). 

A2CU Trousers, OCP:

10,775/Min - 43,000/AEQ - 54,000/Max (Same quantities for Base and 3 Option Terms). 

*Important: The Government reserves the right to order any combination of coats and trousers, not to exceed 108,000 units per year/term.

This procurement will be issued as Competitive under the 8(a) Program.  The items will be procured FOB destination to DDSP (New Cumberland, PA) and VSTZ (Travis, TX).

Applicable Specification for A2CU Coat, OCP is CO/PD 06-21B, dated 31 January 2007, with pattern dated 17 September 2012.

Applicable Specification for A2CU Trousers, OCP is CO/PD 06-22B, dated 31 January 2007, with pattern dated 11 January 2011.

Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with 3 deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and Experience/Past Performance.  All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
