The County of Middlesex (the “County”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein. Bids will be received at the office of the County Administrator, 877 General Puller Highway, Saluda, Virginia, 23149, through the due date and hour shown below (local prevailing time). Project Overview: To solicit bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, expertise, and supervision to provide recovery from waterways and removal of up to ten (10) abandoned or derelict vessels (ADVs) at four (4) locations in Middlesex County under the oversight of Middlesex County’s Environmental Codes and Compliance Office. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive, the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work, and any awards are subject to available grant funding provided to the county by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC).
