Abandonment of an existing water well at Paulding US24 and SR49 near Antwerp, Ohio. Bidder shall be registered as a private water system contractor with Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the well shall be removed and properly abandoned in accordance with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Technical Guidelines for Sealing Unused Wells and ODOT standard drawing RM7.1. Bids should include restoration of the site and completion and filing of required permits and reports. Work shall start no later than June 24 and be completed by June 30, 2021.
