The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure on a sole-source basis Abilene participation for Internet2 access from University Corporation for Advanced Internet Development (UCAID). UCAID is the only source for this service. The anticipated period of performance is one base year and one option year. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
