The Coachella Valley Water District (“The District”) is requesting proposals from firms capable of providing administrative services for employees out on leaves of absence, as specified within this Request for Proposal (RFP). Respondents must have experience in managing and tracking employees out on leaves of absence. See RFP documents for more information. Within fifteen (15) business days of the Notice of Award, the Successful Respondent must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance and endorsement forms proving coverage as specified in the attached Professional Services Agreement. Successful Respondent shall execute the attached Professional Services Agreement within fifteen (15) business days of Notice of Award.
