This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FHF-13-R-DATA. This procurement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 April 1, 2013. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210 - Software Publishers. Size Standard $25 Million.

STATEMENT OF WORK: The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Office of Policy Analysis and Research (OPAR) requires contractor support to provide a dataset that covers at least 98% of non-agency market, with the fields of static and monthly performance information specified below. All the loans in the dataset are collateral in non-agency, publicly-placed mortgage backed securities. Historical data goes back to 1992. Refer to Section B.2 of the RFP for the Statement of Work (SOW).

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract will be for one base year and nine (9) option years.
