CLIN 0001: 384 EACH ABU BIB OVERALL, EXTREME COLD WEATHER, DAKOTA OUTERWEAR ITEM 3308292ABU, OR EQUAL.

(vi) Description of requirement:
Cold weather ABU-patterned N-3B parkas and bib overalls are requested as per item (v). This is a brand name or equal requirement. Equivalent items will be considered but must meet or exceed the salient features on the attached purchase request.

(vii) Delivery schedule shall be no longer than 60 days from date of contract. Item shall be delivered FOB destination to 3110 Mitchell St., Madison, WI 53704-2579.

(viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

(ix) Evaluation will be based on lowest price that meets salient characteristics. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
