This Requirement is a system upgrade will also bring the access control system in compliance with Homeland Presidential Security Directive (HSPD)-12. Upgrading of the system will allow for the use the DoD's Common Access Card (CAC) for enrollment verses purchasing expensive proxy card. Stanley is being requested to upgrade the existing Lenel System Card Readers and Enrollment Reader to allow for the CAC cards to be utilized for access control authorized credentials. Stanley will provide and install a compatible badging station print Name, Picture, Expiration Data and Clearance. This update to the system will include Stanley providing and installing 30 PIV Class Readers replacing the existing prox readers. Stanley to provide and install a CAC enrollment reader. Stanley will set up program and test for proper function. Stanley will train the customer on system usage. Current software used for Proxy cards does not require to upgraded or PC/Workstations to manage the access system and software.
