This contract will be for a base period of 12 months with two (2) 12-month option periods. The contract will also include FAR Clause 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services, which allows the government to extend the contract performance up to an additional six months.

The SEC requires the following information: Access to EurekaHedge's North American Hedge Fund database for hedge fund information for the U.S. and Canada.

EurekaHedge is deemed the only source reasonably available for this set of hedge funds pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b). Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of statements, proposal, or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation or additional information will be made available with regard to this single source notice.
