The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. (BNA), 1231 25th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037-119. BNA will provide the Accounting Research Database. The period of performance will be for one base year and three (3) option years.

Only the BNA Financial Accounting Resources Center can provide access to BNA's Accounting Policy Portfolios and Accounting Policy and Practice Report, both of which are proprietary to Bloomberg BNA. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for this required software, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to [email protected] (no later than June 18, 2012, 9:00 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
