Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to award a sole source contract to the American Society of Crime Directors/Laboratory Accreditation (ASCLD/LAB) is to provide an ASCLD/LAB International assessment and accreditation of the ICE Forensic Document Laboratory.  This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
