The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a Sole Source Award to Accuity, 4709 Golf Road, Skokie, IL 60076. The Contractor must provide PBGC the use of TGBR within the Benefits Administration and Payment Department to facilitate disbursement of pension payments. TGBR improves payment STP, provides one reliable source for information, comprehensive and up to date global listings, improve research, and reduces fraud cost. Accuity is the only known source for TGBR. Accuity is the Official Registrar of Routing Numbers for the ABA, and is the first point of contact for new US routing codes and retiring US routing codes.
An interested party may e-mail a written capability statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via email to [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM EDT on January 5, 2009. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
