The proposed contract action is for Services and implants for Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) of levels C4/C7 , which the Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to LDR Spine. LDR Spine 13785 N Highway 183 #200, Austin, TX 78750-1873. under the authority of FAR.106-1(b)(1). This is a solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
