The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAC, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for an ACL tunnel preparation instrument system under the authority of FAR 13.106(a)(1) to Depuy Mitek, Inc., 325 Paramount Dr, Raynham, MA 02767. Anticipated award date is 19 September 2013. This sole source will be made due to the offering of a unique biocomposite, which has published long term clinical data demonstrating successful resorbsion to bone. This requirement is for:
