"The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 21 April 2017. Proposal will be due 30 calendar days following the release of the RFP. The Government will only consider proposals submitted from responsible women owned small businesses.

Please note the following information, which is provided here in response to several inquiries received regarding the security requirements of this effort: The Government plans to include a requirement in the RFP that personnel supporting this effort obtain a personnel security clearance at the secret level. The Government does not anticipate that the contractor shall be required to store classified material at its own facilities."
