ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS OWNER: Town of Fuquay-Varina 134 North Main Street Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina 27526 Sealed bids will be received for: ACTION PARK FIELD #3 BASEBALL DUGOUTS PROJECT The Action Park Field #3 Baseball Dugouts Project bid includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and incidental items associated with replacement of baseball dugouts on Field #3 at Action Park. Replacement will include construction of new dugouts. The Town of Fuquay-Varina will remove the existing dugouts prior to construction. All elements of work not included in the bid schedule shall be considered incidental to the contract with no further payment provided. (hereinafter “Contract Work”). No oral interpretations will be made as to the meaning of the Contract Documents. Interpretation, if deemed necessary, will be in the form of a written Addendum. The Contractors submitting a bid for this project must possess the proper license classification to perform the Work elements contained in the specifications in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes; and if selected, provide a copy of their active license to the Owner. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any and all bids.
