The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry of CBP's intent to award a competitive Fixed Price delivery order to PepperBall Technologies, INC. to provide us forty (40) units of 10X (375) 2 Part 3 Gram PAVA 5% Projectile. 

The Government intends to include in the delivery order the following non-GSA schedule items:

1. The requested commodities will be sent to five (5) different locations within the U.S. territories.  

It is absolutely necessary that the non-GSA items listed above are provided by the same vendor providing the GSA items/services.
