The City invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to provide actuarial analysis services for the proposed retiree health benefit that will demonstrate a cost-benefit to the City. Submittals should address qualifications and experience in actuarial services with particular focus on government clients. The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive analysis, forecasting costs and scenarios, and providing guidance based on the City's current demographics and retirement projections. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
