The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), through its Purchasing Unit, requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of Army Combat Uniform (ACU) clothes and Boonie Caps for the Wisconsin Division of State Patrol (DSP). ACU clothes (coats and trousers) and Boonie Caps will be initial issue to recruit classes and specialty units. Some will be issued as replacements for field personnel throughout Wisconsin.
