This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a sole source purchase of the AdaCore compiler and development tool set compatible with Wind River VxWorks 7.  This has been prepared pursuant to subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This constitutes the only solicitation, proposal being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09.

This RFQ is issued on a sole source basis to Adacorp under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal Alabama, CCAM MZB-B requests an RFQ for solicitation W9124P-20-T-5270. This requirement is for  annual subscription up to six users for AdaCore Compilers.
