This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The basic period of performance is one year from date of award.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32, 31 March 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20090115.
