 SOLICITATION F3QCCM4155A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)

 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No.F3QCCM4155A001. 

 

 SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

Three (3) software licenses of AdaMULTI Standard to be upgraded to AdaMULTI Professional.

CLIN 0001 - Product Code G-UMP-PPC-PRM-S

CLIN 0002 - One year (12 mos.) of maintenance support for all three (3) software licenses.

 

Delivery: NLT 5 days ARO

                 

*This is an urgent requirement.  A quicker method of delivery is acceptable.

 

Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098).  In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your CAGE code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.

Justification for Sole Source:

 

AdaMULTI Professional software licenses are required for real-time debugging of the C-17 Core Integrated Processors (CIP), allowing for thorough testing of the software running in the CIP, and to test synchronization between the all of the CIPs. AdaMULTI Professional software, is the only software that can perform testing of the C-17 CIPs, and is proprietary to Green Hills Software, Inc.

 

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
