ADDENDUM # 1 Final Date for Bid Submission Updated Assistance with Mortality Review Process in the absence of an Autopsy Report 1. Currently, the DSH mortality review process does not include autopsy reports, therefore a Forensic Pathology Consultant is needed to inform us on what to reasonably expect or interpret in its absence. When the autopsy report becomes available, a Forensic Pathology Consultant is needed to offer a second opinion to the Medical Examiner to interpret findings, alternative hypothesis, or interpretation of entries in the report and those lacking. We do not have civil service positions for Forensic pathology Consultants.
